Premier Cruises...Welcome Aboard Cocktail Party?

First time on a Premier Cruise, can anyone tell me approximately what time does the welcome aboard cocktail party begin, how long is it and what is the proper attire? Also any other tidbits regarding premier cruises would be appreciated. We will be on the Breeze, March 4th...our 4th carnival cruise in the past 16 months, first time to sail on the Breeze...can't wait!!

The premier cocktail party normally starts at 5pm...after muster. Have a great time! Casual attire is fine. And it generally lasts about an hour.

The ones we have attended have been at 5:00pm. There is no dress code as many people will not have unpacked by then. Usually lasts about an hour. The first raffle drawing will be done here also. The rest of the drawings will be in the casino and you must be present to win. :)

Agreed. The ones I've attended usually take place in the comedy lounge.

Just got off the Pride as a Premier guest and the Cocktail party was at 5 but I missed it. I was BUSY hanging out at the casino bar...lol

There's a lot of nice gifts, once or twice a day in your stateroom: cookies, chocolates, wine, champagne, steakhouse comps, travel kit with luggage tags and passport holders, etc.. More stuff than I ever expected.

Watch the times for the drawings for cash. I had been in the casino for several hours where they announce a winner every 30 minutes. I ran to grab a sandwich and wasn't gone 2 minutes when they called my name. You have to be present so I missed $300. A few days later they called my name again and I was there. Got to play a wheel game and ended up with $475.00 Slots seemed to be very loose. I did great!

Got a repeat casino offer so I'm going again on March 4th...back on the Pride.

Lasts about an hour to an hour and a half, dress comfortable as it is usually right after muster and sail away, around 5 pm!
