Upsell offer

I received an upsell from my SC guarantee to a Pinnacle Suite for $1209pp and an added cost of $140pp for insurance. I declined. A few hours later, it was gone so someone took it.

Also, my SC continued to drop in price after final payment and HAL made me whole. They gave me $300pp cruise credit and $100pp obc. We received our assignment a few days ago, and we were assigned a SA just a few doors down from the Neptune Lounge. I am very pleased. This was our first time booking with a PCC and imo, it has been very beneficial. I have two more booked with her. I hope this information is beneficial to someone.

We were booked in a SB when we received an upsell on a seven day Rotterdam cruise for $1750pp for a Pinnacle Suite. We declined. About 10 days later we received another offer for $749PP which we took. Our total cost was around $2400PP. Not bad for a Pinnacle Suite.

We took the offer because we doubted we would ever have another opportunity. To be honest, I doubt we would take a similar offer in the future. A one time bucket list kind of thing.

I was hoping for a similar situation as yours but it was not meant to be!

That is wonderful FlorenceItaly! I switched to a PCC last year and the difference is like night and day. I am very happy I did so. Even when I book a guarantee I get my room assignment right away. Amazing!
