For recent Eurodam passengers- Internet Packages?

There are a lot of threads about internet packages, but HAL seems to be inconsistent on pricing between ships, and they change with time.

I will be sailing on the Eurodam in December 2017, and I would like to have an idea of what to expect. If you have recently sailed on the ship, would you please share any information you have regarding internet packages and pricing?

I kind of wish they would let you purchase a package before the cruise... like you can a drink package, for instance.

I also wish they had an unlimited option, like I read they had experimented with in the past.

I guess that's why they have different options, since different people see different "needs". Some of us like to have as much planned and paid for in advance as possible.

On Westerdam there was no pay as you go rate. Just packages. No business from me.

Exactly my sentiment. Luckily our cruise was port intensive with only one sea day.

How is the internet speed on the Eurodam? ....sometimes you need 55 minutes to be able to use 15 minutes !

Unless the technology has changed drastically, it often depends on the time of day. Late at night or early morning can be the best time to use it.
