Squeeze Pod Products

Hi

Has anyone ever tried squeeze pod products?

It popped up on my computer and looks interesting.

Individual shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. all single use and you dispose of the little container.

Have you tried them and thought all the packaging to have individual ones was wasteful?

On a ship, you really need less shampoo than you think...a dab goes a LONG way, with the very "soft" water on a ship! It will lather and lather and lather....takes forever to rinse out, if you use your normal amount.

We overpack everything from clothes, shoes, toiletries, etc.

Was hoping to find an easy way to cut back on toiletries and this sounded interesting

Not into the idea: by the time you pack a week's worth of pods for shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc., you'll have used more space than if you had a modest-sized bottle of each item.

Noreen411. I won’t try them as there is too much waste. I decant my normal products into a reusable tube—GoTube (I’ve used the same tubes for over 4 years). No waste & I don’t have to get used to a different product.

Go Tube silicone travel bottles with our own products in them. They've been used for every cruise, vacation. They work great and take up zero space. I drop all of them into a zip lock so that I can just toss them into the bathroom when the cabin is open. I even put my lotions into them. Different colored tops make it easy to tell them apart.
