No, but Emerald Beach is open and has all amenities available: chairs, umbrellas, food, restrooms, etc. Pay for everything separately.

We were thinking of going to secret harbor. How does emerald compare? Is it closer to port?

Emerald Beach is closer. Secret Harbor has better snorkeling.

No hotels offer day passes on St Thomas.

Marriott did but still closed for renovations

The Ritz does but they will not reopen until into sometime 2019.
