Yummy reminds of the fish and chips on the Glory. BTW I know the Elation does not have a fish and chips restaurant but is there fish and chips offered at one of the lunches in Tifffany's?

I just got back from the Legend and was happy to see that they served the fish and chips for lunch at the buffet!

I didn't pass on them since seeing the longgggg thread here in the message boards.;)

mmmm......I can't wait to eat that, I'm so hungry. I'm at work at the hospital, so unfair that the hospital food tastes so bad. I'll just have to pretend real har that I'm at Fish N Chips.

I usually try to tell them to skip the fries but they don't always listen. It isn't regular fried squid - they are calamari, zucchini and maui onion fritters. Better than the picture might indicate. Personally, I usually go for the fried oysters, but they actaully ran out on my Liberty voyage. :mad:

Also a piece of fish, some chili sauce (yum), and some ginger (yum).

Fred...my DH can hardly wait for our cruise on the Valor next April....But he will tell them to hold the sauce! You would think that we can't get Fish n Chips here in Nova Scotia:D . Do you know what kind of fish it is...I hope it's not Cod:eek:.

I was thinking the complete opposite. "How about a little sauce with your fish?" Really, Why so much sauce with such little fish?

My wife dislikes fish with a passion. But I will be going by there at least a few times during the week just for a snack.

Zydecocruiser, thanks for the fried calamari picture. I'm at work right now and this is a torture! Can't wait for next year on Freedom.... Oh, I also love to have my pastrami on grilled baguette....for mid-lunch....Man this is driving me nuts:p

Is this fairly common, to photograph ones food on a cruise? I've seen this happen at midnight buffet, but just never individual servings.
