credit lady Posted July 21, 2018 #6 Share Posted July 21, 2018 I had to change my email address recently - changed it via cruise personaliser- enter passport details menu - contact details. just make sure you save details. The reply’s are correct , you change your cruise personaliser email address but you will need to call contact centre to change loyalty email as this is locked.
