Change of email address

Anyone know how to change your email address with P&O, I cant seem to find it in My Account. I changed my Princess one fine. Leaving BT so need to change it, any help appreciated.

Coincidentally I'm trying to do the same so would also appreciate any advice.

I think you will have to register and copy your Loyalty number into it. I've just b een into my account and can't see that you can change your email.

To change the email address you use to sign into My Account please call our Customer Contact Centre on 0345 355 5111, who will be able to update the email address for you.

I had to change my email address recently - changed it via cruise personaliser- enter passport details menu - contact details. just make sure you save details. It worked for me

The reply’s are correct , you change your cruise personaliser email address but you will need to call contact centre to change loyalty email as this is locked. If you log in it is greyed out as you have a cruise booked. I was told the systems are separate.
