I would be sure to be in the self-assist line at least an hour before scheduled arrival time.

If you were flying out of Miami, I'd say certainly. Since you're flying out of Ft. Laud...no...too early. A taxi is WAY too expensive...almost $100 to Ft. Laud. A shuttle service is more cost effective.

Ask the concierge which way would get you off the ship the fastest. You really have no time to spare.

What about leaving the ship LATE, stay in a hotel for one additional night and have a great day in Miami? :o

This would be my solution for keeping this feeling of well being, instead of being in a hurry, missing my flight with all this trouble. :confused:

You get walked off by concierge after people carrying there own bags have left , normally about 8:45, what was different in Miami was other ports luggage is just waiting our cruise last November we were walked off but then still had to wait for luggage to be delivered which caused a little delay
