The Majesty utilizes space in the Viking Crown Lounge for three and a half hours each evening for "happy hours" for Diamond, Diamond Plus, Pinnacle and suite guests.

No dedicated lounge.

No dedicated Concierge.

The Loyalty Ambassador performs some of the functions of the concierge.

Thanks for the info , figured you or Bob would be in the know , going to sail on her in January, little concerned by the smaller size , but have found in the past the crews make up for the lack of size

Indeed the crew goes out of their way to make up for smaller venues. We really enjoyed the nightly event in the VCL and thought the service was perfect. Better than some DL/CL/SL actually. Really nice selection of munchies, including sushi! :D The 360 view from the VCL is great also.

Actually the only thing I missed was not having that great coffee machine in the lounge for my morning lattes. :(
