cb at sea Posted February 13, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 13, 2018 2 cabins will give you 2 bathrooms, which could be handy! Look at the deck plans for your ship, before you start booking, so you'll know what you're paying for!
LizzieTrowbridge Posted February 14, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Carnival suites are not that big so you are much better off with two cabins. Two bathrooms as last poster pointed out and more privacy. 5 in a carnival suite would be very tight imo. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
cbelc Posted April 1, 2018 #7 Share Posted April 1, 2018 Try for two rooms with a door between and the potential of sharing one balcony. Your room steward can remove the balcony’s divider. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare Essiesmom Posted April 1, 2018 #8 Share Posted April 1, 2018 On Carnival if your cabins have an interior connecting door, you will not be able to open the balcony divider because it would block one of the doors. (This does not apply to Spirit class, but none of them are on the west coast at present.) EM
serene56 Posted April 2, 2018 #9 Share Posted April 2, 2018 What cruise line or ship?Ss very important as some ships are grandfathered into 5 in one cabin and others feature family suites that hold 5 We took our first cruise with 5 to an inside cabin but it was me and 4 kids. SadieN Posted April 9, 2018 #10 Share Posted April 9, 2018 7 Day? Right now your only option is the Splendor. Get two cabins- double and a triple. Most balconies can open up making one long balcony. Third person would sleep on a couch (daybed). The three and four day cruises on the Inspiration or Imagination would either have an upper or bring in a rollaway. There are no balcony cabins on these ships. Suites do have puny balconies. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
