1st Cruise/Norwegian Sky/Havana/Bahamas

Hello:) My hubby n I have just booked our very first cruise to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. To say the least, we are SUPER EXCITED and have lots of questions.

1. Which is the best way to get from our hotel to the port?
   
2. Which is the best way to get from the port to the airport?
   

As we think of more questions, I will post again. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Kinda depends on where your hotel is. I usually just get a cab unless the hotel offers a shuttle. Likewise, I usually grab a cab from the port back to the airport. When is your cruise?

Welcome to the forum. You didn't say which port you are sailing from (Miami?) or airport you are flying from. Check out the Florida departures board for lots of great info on all the Florida ports. (transportation, hotels, parking, etc).

We fly in to Miami on July 1. Our ship sets sail on July 2.

Take a taxi both ways.

IMHO I suggest taking a cab. Expect to pay around $25 for run to the airport from the ship.

We have always just used Uber or Lyft to get from the Airports to the hotel and to the port.

We usually use Uber to get from airport to hotel. And from hotel to port (unless they have a shuttle). Usually just grab a cab at the port to get to the airport. We've used uber before, and it works, but it's a little stressful trying to find the car amongst all the others!

La Quinta Miami airport East has free shuttle from the airport & to the cruise terminal. The shuttle company they use offers $10 shuttle trip back to the airport after the cruise.

Check and see if your hotel has a shuttle to the port. Some do. Uber is a good alternate option. Enjoy your cruise!
