String trio on Pride

Does the Pride have a string trio group?

Not yet although they are adding them across the fleet.

The Pride had String trio in March. They performed in Alchemy and Atruim several times throughout the week .

We were on the Pride sailing 3/18 and the String Trio was really good.

We sailed in October 2017 and there was a string trio. They performed as Cudan23 indicated.

Stand corrected, they were not on there for our July 17 sailing. These trio's a re a very nice addition.

They were not there Sept of 2017. But I hope they are there next month when I cruise.

String trio was in Alchemy on Pride almost every night. I just came back on Sunday and they were there as well in March.

Very nice alternative and talented young ladies

Just sailed the Pride from 4/15-4/22, string trio played multiple nights while we were on board. We saw them in the Atrium & at Alchemy, they were excellent.

does the Pride have a band that plays dance or rock music as well. think I remember one in the pub, but it has been a couple years.

Also can anyone tell me where Polaris Trio is? Still on Breeze or now on another ship?

Beasts from the East were the house band in Red Frog Pub on our Feb/March sailing. They did a nice mix of genres, primarily rock/rock with a dance beat. Did at least one 'country' set, but some selections were a bit of a stretch (Eagles, Rock-a-billy/Southern Rock vs. Country). We really enjoyed them. Pretty sure they are Carnival staff (like Playlist Productions) and not a private band.

Pride also had the string trio as mentioned, plus a guitarist (acoustic mostly) with a singer, and the piano bar - I think he was private contract and we were his last cruise. Sounds like the replacement is good too.

There may be others, but those were the musicians that stood out for us.

Just off the Pride last week. The String Trio was easily my favorite option. They blend the new songs with their instruments effortlessly. And, they are all quite easy on the eyes :cool::cool::):cool:
