Well that is what makes the world go round:)...I never root for the

Cowboys and won't be cheering for them this weekend either.

Any other time, I'd be right there with you -- the only thing I can say is that the thermometer in hades must be in the single digits F and somewhere there is a farmer trying to net his sows before they fly off! :D

ok, maybe that is a bit stiff! i do think we can score 31 but will more than likey give up more than 13... .. so i will revise my prediction to 31-24. PURPLE PRIDE!

Should have stuck with your first prediction. Vikes spanked the Cowboys 34-3! Romo looked pitiful!

But then I'm a Giants (and Mets) fan....

Wouldn't it be great if the Boy's went all the way!!!!

Happily, the so-called 'Boys played like girls and took a drubbing from the 'queens. How fitting.

All you Dallas fans will be able to let loose your own return barbs later today if the Chargers fail to pull off their game (now underway in 3rd quarter) against the Jets. GO BOLTS!

(%%^@&#!!!) The Jets just went ahead 10-7.

On Solstice, a couple of the big games , provided on ESPN or ESPN International, were broadcast in Celebrity Central. They even provided hot dogs, hamburgers and other football food.

But here is the real issue. The M class are 90,000 GRT and the S class 122,000 GRT. That is a lot of space. So why no real sports bar??? The Millie has one, but none of the other M class ships.( It became the Emilio Robba flower shop!!:() . For a line that should be in tune with the wants of its sports mad American customers, this just does not make sense. Even from their point of view, think of all the beer revenue they are missing.

I'd noticed the same thing -- we cruised Solstice over American T.Giving (when all regular season football hits a crecendo) and only the same two sorry channels available in cabin were being shown ANYwhere else.

Our prior years' cruises during the same time period on RCCI (Splendour and Voyageur) had sports bars with multiple college and pro games shown/rebroadcast. I can tell you my DH wasn't the only pax packed into those venues -- and nearly everyone had at least one paid drink.

Celebrity has not had "sports bars" in many years. I watched the games

on Sunday in the Cinema here on SUMMIT..they had a BIG SCREEN:D

And as for missing revenue and stuff? They had beer being sold along

free food. Where is a Sports Bar on the Millennium? The Casino has

tvs but I don't remember a "Sports Bar". The Casino here on SUMMIT

has tvs as well....

Now I am just a mess:eek:...because I like the Saints AND the Vikings AND

and I would be sooooooo happy if the J E T S would beat the Colts!
