It is interesting to see the carriers in the photo. The two docked at Coronado don't look like they are supercarrier CVN classification (there are only two homeported in San Diego, can't imagine they'd have them both there at the same time). They appear to be more along the lines of the amphibious assault ships/helecopter carriers of the LPH, LHA or LHD classification. What's also interesting is the third carrier parked over near the cruise ships. It looks like the USS Midway (WW II carrier) that is on display as a museum in San Diego. I've not been there (yet) so I can't say for sure if that's where the USS Midway is parked or not.

That is the Midway next to the Cruise Termanal!

I believe the two Carriers are Ronald Reagan, near bottom of photo and Nimitz the one above! Well thats were they usually are docked!

My Daughter was on the Nimitz a few years ago.

Wow I booked my Carnival Glory in March 2010

for 2/6/11.

Wish I had known about you gals, seems like a fun group...

Maybe next time..

Not sure it is the funniest.

But it is us as we were going from Bar to Bar on the Dream, for our Dream Catchers Bar Hop Tour.

This is only a handful in the group.

as you can see it was a dress up Bar hop tour.

Funny thing, some of us didn't have a thing to drink and yet, look at how we dressed!

5240176758quote=Dave Wojo;23530774]I host my pictures on Flickr. I copy the link from there for the size of the particular picture I want to post, open a reply window here on C.C., click on the picture button (the little yellow square with sun over some mountains), and paste the link in the window that pops up. Works like a charm. :)

Hope that helps. :)

Testing to see if I can do this
