Good question. I don't get any emails from Carnival except for my booking confirmations.

 

OK, I did get one just a couple of days ago telling me to hurry and book my shore excursions because they fill up quickly!!!

 

But no discount code was in the email. :(

I e-mailed shoreexcursions@carnival.com and asked for a promo code to purchase carnival excursions and they sent me one.

 

I do believe they expire after a certain time frame.
