Princess422 Posted September 21, 2010 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2010 I've cruised twice on the Caribbean Princess, both times in May to the Caribbean, and I was usually chilly on the ship because of the AC, but I expect that when the weather is hot. Now I'm taking the same ship to New England in October, and I'm taking lots of layers for daytime for the unpredictable weather, but I'm wondering about the ship temperature so I know what to pack for evenings in the dining room. Will I be too hot in sweaters? Too cold in short-sleeved blouses? And for the formal nights, do I need a shawl or wrap to wear over my strapless and sleeveless cocktail dresses? I have a black pashmina, but I'd rather buy something dressier if needed... but I don't want to bother if it's unnecessary. Thanks!
caber Posted September 21, 2010 #2 Share Posted September 21, 2010 I have always found the temperature on the ship to be about the same, whether it is a hot or cold weather cruise. Some venues are colder than others.
