Not sure if you e-mailed them or not, but apparently now they're PO'ed at us DCL fans. A new pic is now posted, but they've shifted the camera so most of what you see is Celebrity Silhouette and just a small portion of Fantasy. :(

One thing they do is move the cam or change the view to the outside when something major is going on, then change it back when that work is complete, like the DISNEY FANTASY getting her first smokestack put on! YEA!!!

If this one goes like the last set (Celebrity Eclipse float-out and Disney Dream continued construction) it should be approximately 80-85 days (Aug. 18th?) until Disney Fantasy is floated back and construction of the Celebrity Reflection begins. This should make the float-out of the Disney Fantasy sometime around the end of Jan 2012.

The Dream was floated out in Oct for a Jan 6th or 7th arrival in the States. Id say the Fantasy would float out around the middle of December.Itll take about 2-4 weeks for MW to finish the ship along side, before she does another 2-4 weeks of shakedown and provisioning, then 2 weeks to get to the states. Shell show up maybe 2 weeks or so before her maiden on March 31 for trips to nowhere, press trips sign overs etc.

Although 'construction' (it's more like 'steel cutting') has indeed begun on the Celebrity Reflection there is nothing assembled in the builders shed nor placed in the drydock. All the modules currently in Hall 6 are for the remaining construction to be done on Disney Fantasy. This is the construction I was referring to.

Disney Dream was floated out at the very end of October, sixty-nine days before her arrival in the US.

Being that the Disney Fantasy's Maiden Voyage is now March 31, giving roughly two weeks for her transatlantic crossing, (US arrival mid-March?), if*we follow the same timeline as the Disney Dream we should expect a float-out date for her sister to be around Jan. 5, 2012. Maybe*it will happen after the Christmas/New Years holiday and not before?

Nevermind my other post. You are of course correct in your calculations. Sometime around the 2nd or 3rd week of December. Sorry.

No biggie. I had to stop and think for minute, based on what was done with the Dream. The one thing that was throwing me, is that MW hadnt stuck with what they said with the Dream. When the Dream floated out, there was a press release saying that she was to be floated out on what ever the date was, and she was going to float in the yard basin for a few hours for mechanical/propulsion, stabilizer and other tests. She went right to the pier and had her radar mast put on. I dont think she ever left the pier for those tests.
