Miami Airport Airport Flyer

Wondering if anyone has used the airport flyer bus to South Beach? It is my understanding the cost is $2.35 per person. According to the MIA website, the bus is at Concourse E by customs. How do we get from domestic baggage level 1 (say Terminal J) to Terminal E. It looks like quite a ways and wondering if we can even walk it? I know there are people movers on the upper levels but couldn't seem to find anything to tell us how to get over to another terminal from the ground level. We have only ever just gone to baggage and then gotten a taxi from whatever terminal we were in.

I took the regular bus last fall for $2 and there was a bus terminal to buy tickets in the next terminal over ...yes still quite a walk if you ask me. They gave me a handout and told me where to transfer buses and how to use the ticket. If I didnt need to transfer I wouldnt have needed a ticket, just put the dollar bills into the slot on the bus.

We took it last Oct, we bought a day bus pass for $5.00 it was a 10min walk from our Concorse but we're use to walking. The airport flyer was a great and cheap way to get to south beach.

We are used to walking as well but just from the airport photo of the terminals it looked like a long ways. We'll just ask and plan on walking which is fine with us. Thanks for the responses!
