Just after sail away...5:00pm onwards depending on your departure time...

Actually, we had a room service delivery of pre-ordered chocolate dipped strawberry's almost 20 minutes after we got to our cabin at 1PM. I guess that could be classified as Room Service. I'm not sure if I could have ordered for delivery at that moment and expected it to show up.

That wasn't room service delivering pre-ordered items. :) It's the housekeeping staff, usually your cabin steward.
