Does anyone know the schedule for dining room theme dinners. Which night is caribbean night?

On a carribbean itinerary that leaves on Saturday, yucky carribbean night is Tuesday.

On our last cruise, we did the Ultimate Balcony Dinner on Caribbean night. I did not realize which menu we were skipping over when we booked it, since I arranged it according to our port schedule. But it worked out really well since it's not my favorite menu either.

Okay, now I am curious, what is so terrible about the Caribbean Night menu? I've looked at the sample menus and it looks interesting to me. Is it just that it isn't prepared well or "authentically"?

I'd like to know this too. If it's that nasty, then that will be the night we do the specialty restaurant. We have planned for one night so that sounds like it would be the one. But yes please, what's wrong with that night?

The selection of food and the taste is not to our liking. I'm sure others love it but I would rather do a specialty restaurant or have a pizza that night. We are leaving Tuesday Jan 17th, on the Emerald. Does anyone know what night it would be?

Since yours is not a 7 day cruise, you may be lucky not to have one at all.

If you go to one of the specialty restaurants the first afternoon to make a reservation, they should be able to tell you which menu will be each night of your cruise.
