Ahhh.... Travel adventures never end! I travel most of the year and hope to never encounter an adventure like this one.....that is a story that I don't want to have. Happy to hear they have been released.

This story hit home since I did the same tour from Sharm el Sheikh to St. Catherine's monastery barely 15 months ago. There is certainly some desolate road between the two points, out in the Sinai desert. It was a terrific day though. It's a shame to see Egypt losing tourist business due to the fears about safety.

Yes, it is so sad to see this. It's going to take a long time, I fear, for Egypt's tourism industry to see the numbers that visited pre-2011.
