No extra charge tapas - available on all ships?

Hi-

 

The first time we sailed Celebrity was a couple years ago - a Baltic cruise on the Constellation.

 

One of our favorite things that we discovered was the "free" tapas that was available in one of the lounge areas in the late afternoon/early evenings. It was very nice way for everyone to group and have some pre-dinner drinks and snacks.

 

We are looking at an Alaskan 2013 cruise and I was just wondering if all Celebrity ships offered this or only a certain class of ships?

The coffee bar (Cafe al Bacio) has free bite sized foods available in the late afternoon and early evening.

The cheese and grapes and nuts are free. The small bites you order from a menu are not free (although delicious!).

Really?? I have never spent any time in Cellar Masters. What types of snacks do they have that you must pay for?
