Hi Pluto fan,

You can contact the MSC office that your cruise was booked through to see if you are an MSC Club member. For your office, you click on the link below to get their contact information:

Wow MSC USA,

How efficient you are. You even answer questions on Cruisecritic...... What about MSC Italy, can you pass on a message to them to start answering our queries as well please?

Thanks for your co-operation.

Hello Ellamalta,

Thank you for your feedback. We can certainly pass along the suggestion; however, please keep in mind that each MSC office acts as a specific Sales and Marketing office for that country. We cannot guarantee that someone will log in for that specific country.

Regards,

MSC Rep -

Can you explain why, if I book through a travel agent, I cannot make any changes/additions to my reservation direct with MSC? I find it much easier to manage my vacation/travel plans rather than having to continually rely on someone else. I would think it would be greatly beneficial for MSC to allow booked passengers to make any changes/additions/bookins directly through your website. As you can hear from the threads on this site, receiving answers (especially accurate ones) is not easy for us. While this might not be a result of MSC's action or inaction, that is where the frustrated feelings are being directed.

Thanks!

That's what I thought too. It's one of the reasons that I just book direct with MSC and then I can manage any changes additions myself.

Hello again Cruise Critic friends!

MSC Cruises is in a contract with your travel agent, when you book through a travel agency; therefore, any correspondences or inquiries with your reservation need to be handled by your travel agent who can speak with an MSC Cruises representative.

HAPPY SAILINGS!

Yes I get preference at checkin. Usually o ly takes around 5 minutes for me to board. I don't know if this works with all MSC club statuses or not. I've only used it when I had gold and now that I've got black status

Embarking on the 'Opera' in Venice, next week. Is the preferential check in for Club members, we are gold, upstairs, after luggage check in, please ?

Thank you.

Thank you.

When I checked in at Venice last month, they also had a preferential queue for luggage as well. When I arrived at the port there were around 30-40 lining up to hand in their luggage. Beside that there was another check in just for MSC Club and no one at all. I just had to show my card and they guy took my luggage from me. He then escorted me upstairs which Inwasn't expecting. They had a separate queueing set up for preferential check in but I didn't need to use it as there was no queue at all at the main check in, so I just went to the counter. All very fats. I did arrive quite early at around 12.40. I was at my cabin door by 12.50 but they were still finishing it off - realised at this point that they'd said cabins were not ready until 1pm.

Thank you. We had to queue for an hour earlier this year, as there wasn't a Club queue for luggage drop ! Perhaps our complaint reached the right ears.

Please, can someone help me finding where I can see my MSC Club points on the website?

I've already made the login with my email but they never asked me to put my MSC Club number and I can't find where to put it!

Thank you a lot!

It's a long time since I registered so I can't remember if I had to put in my number or it found it. When I login my total points and category display on the right of the screen in My MSC Area.

When I click on my personal information, every field but my club number is editable. Are you able to login and get to My MSC Area? If so look at my personal information to see if its got your number showing or not. If it's not there I'd email the MSC club contact info and ask for help.

I'm glad you asked this because I just realised when I was looking at my points to try to help you, I haven't got my points for one of my cruises this year. Not that it really matters as , like you, I'm already at black card, but you never know maybe they'll introduce a higher category in the future with even better perks!

AmoMondo,

that's why I'm trying to check my points too :) who knows if they decide to introduce a "golden black" like Costa did with the Gold Pearl...

About the "My MSC Area", I went to my personal information and they never asked for my MSC Club number... yesterday I tried to chat with someone from MSC USA by website chat but I couldn't get any help... maybe they can read this post here....

Thank you for your help, I'll keep on trying to find a solution here! ;)
