Academy Awards being shown onboard?

I will be sailing on the Mariner of the Seas on Feb. 24th. Being a movie buff, I was wondering if anyone knows if the Academy Awards will be shown on board. I thought maybe they would have a Oscar Party or maybe show it on the big screen? (Wishful Thinking).

I doubt it.....just in case, you should record it at home, so you can watch it when you return. The TV offerings are pretty slim on the ships!

Last year on the Enchantment they did have it on. It was on stateroom TVs as well as on a large screen in the Spotlight Lounge. Whether it is on depends on whether they (RC) decide to pay for the satellite feed and probably can vary between ships.
