I can't say about noise since I have only stayed on deck 10 aft, under the Windjammer. The Concierge Lounge is located just off the aft elevator lobby on deck 10.

I wouldn't say it's any worse than any other room on deck 10. In fact there is very little noise if any....?

You can get the noise of people moving loungers anywhere under the pool deck, except, maybe under the dive shop. It's not that annoying. We have stayed in GS's on Voyager class and Freedom class shiips. Never enought noise to keep us from booking those GS's!

We were in 1574 on AOS last Nov and didn't notice any noise.
