Thanks for the great review and photos! I'm enjoying your review so far!! I had a question for you - I read somewhere that the water on the Fascination had a funny taste - was this true??

I'm not the OP, but DW and I have sailed Fascination 3 times (last time was October 2012) and never had an issue with the water.

Did you mean Jacksonville, FLORIDA, right? LOL! I know the Dames Point Bridge is in Jax!

 

Thanks for your review and the beautiful pics! I like the idea of going to the Hilton and will see if the others sailing with us want to do that too!!

 

I was a bit leery of sailing on an older ship, but your review has been most helpful in allaying my fears....thanks again!

Day 4 ...

We decided to have breakfast in the MDR before we got off the ship ...

After breakfast we gathered up our stuff and waited to tender off the ship and onto the private island for a beach day!

To ride the tender to get to the private island you had to get a sticker with a number and wait for your number to be called. It didn't take long but during the wait my sticker fell off my shirt but no worries they still let me get off the ship.
