ata1976 Posted June 1, 2013 #2 Share Posted June 1, 2013 Good review. We will have our almost 3 yr old on the next cruise, so it's good to read reviews with kids.

dvdisney Posted June 10, 2013 Author #8 Share Posted June 10, 2013 Good review. We will have our almost 3 yr old on the next cruise, so it's good to read reviews with kids. Just remember to be flexible. We thought Devan would love camp, and we'd have date nights. We became pros at tag cruising. Some things thatnwe will definately take with us on our Sept cruise: (most we had, some we'll add): We use a backpack/harness, so she walked most of the time and felt independent. Also carried some small toys and crayons for her. Plenty of crayons and coloring books Plenty of stickers (they were our lifesavers) took little toys to MDR (enough for other kids who might be at the table too) Went to Party store and got cheap favor toys (playdough, bendy sticks, stickers, finger puppets) applesauce/buddy fruit/veggie pouches: great for port days and when there was a long wait for meals portable dvd player with memory stick FULL of Disney Jr. There's nothing good on tv, when you need it. We had to buy a nose aspirator at the clinic 2nd floor (the dreaded bue nose bulb). With going in and out of ac, it was needed. Also a box of Puffs, soft tissues. children's tylenol. We didn't need it, but saw it was $20 in gift shop. Glad we took ours from home. A toy or blanket from home. Our steward arranged her toys in the pack-n-play everynight. Next cruise, we won't need the pnp. She should be in big bed then. Good luck and enjoy it all through your child's eyes!
