Help with Open Booking Form

I just printed my open booking form to take with me on FOS. In the travel agent section it says "Vacation Planner USA". I've never used a travel agent and don't want to! Has anyone seen this and can I just cross it out when I fill out my form?

Did you use RCL's booking agent when you booked the original cruise?

 

Our cruise docs have ROYAL ONBOARD CRUISE SALES as the booking agent on the form, and all of our NCCs have my email name as the ATTN TO:

You can get fresh forms to fill out onboard. You can write on there "No Travel Agent" to ask that your booking is assigned to Royal Caribbean directly.

I would wait and fill out the onboard form. The form in your documents has 2 names (if you are traveling as 2) and will require a $200 deposit. The onboard forms only need one name and $100.

 

Filling it out onboard will also resolve the issue of who it will be assigned to. You can make sure it is assigned to yourself.

That is ok. That is what shows if you booked on the RC website if I am not mistaken.

Forms are available at the LA's office and a drop box to put them in when completed. They will forward a receipt to your room.

Thank you all so much! I did book this cruise with LA while onboard FOS last summer. I will use the blank form when onboard as suggested.
