It is not a matter of an extra restaurant or the staff/passenger ration imo. It is about the feeling on board, the sense of intimacy which has already been compromised on the O ships and will no doubt be further compromised with an extra deck and 100 more people. I happen to love the O ships but that's as large as Seabourn should go or it risks no longer being Seabourn.

Has anyone heard tell of additional facilities beyond the extra deck with 50 cabins??

 

They said that there was to have another "alternative" restaurant and cocktail lounge in addition to the extra deck of cabins. They also said that they wanted to maintain the roominess feel of open spaces that we all currently enjoy on Odyssey, Quest and Sojourn.

 

IMO cresting past 550pax and now we are getting into Regent size.

I am anxious to hear your feedback Mr. "L" regarding Europa 2. My information came onboard the Odyssey while Captain Magnus (now fleet Captain) was onboard and had a opportunity to chat with him extensively about the new build.
