drafterdw Posted July 11, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2013 Have not been on NCL in 25 years....see on posts they charge for some shows. Do they charge for all shows? We are on the Sun for 12 days in Jan. and trying to figure out a budget. Is there some place on NCL site to find out this info? Looked but could not find it. And then it's only a couple special shows....and I think you get a meal with the show.
sdmike Posted July 11, 2013 #3 Share Posted July 11, 2013 Most shows and show venues are free. You didn't say what ship you'll be on. On the Epic and Breakaway, the Cirque dinner show has a charge to it. There are "murder mystery" events on most NCL ships that also have a charge. Other than that, I think everything is free including the main shows, the comedians and magicians, the blues clubs and dueling piano bars, etc.
Love my butler Posted July 11, 2013 #4 Share Posted July 11, 2013 You didn't say what ship you'll be on. Third sentence. They are sailing on the Sun.
sdmike Posted July 11, 2013 #5 Share Posted July 11, 2013 Third sentence. They are sailing on the Sun. Thanks. I cruised (no pun intended) right over that. I think all the entertainment on the Sun is free. They don't have Cirque or the murder mystery as best I can tell. http://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/sun/onboard/entertainment#tab_detail

Only on EPIC/Breakaway class they have a tent-like area where they have meal and acrobatic show for 39.99 pp, I believe.

cruisecritiquer Posted July 12, 2013 #8 Share Posted July 12, 2013 What's the charge for Blue Man Group. Why doesn't NCL just have it neatly on their page?
