Would have to try another cruise line. Carnival isn't going to be in Europe or Baltics is 2014.

I don't think Carnival will be cruising the Baltics in 2014. Try Princess. That's who I sailed for my Baltic cruise. It was fabulous!!!!

We also sailed our Baltic cruise on Princess. And it was our best cruise.

 

One suggestion---book a private tour in St. Petersburg. Arrange it with others from your roll call.

You will have to choose a line that thinks their customer can.

We are on the 8/20/13 Baltic cruise. What started out over a year ago as a $4900 balcony( for2) turned out to be $2700 after 8 price decreases. Carnival was able to fill the ships but had to cut prices significantly to do so.
