I think they did away with this service some years ago. Now, your server handles the wine list.

Oct/Nov of last year we had a great sommelier... can't remember his name, but he was a tall young German gentleman - very knowledgeable and funny too - he enhanced our wine experiences and was quite entertaining during the two wine tastings we did on that B2B.

That's been my recent experiences on the Coral & the Royal and that headwaiters do the wine tastings.
