Received an email the other day from CCL to click the link for a survey. Has anyone else rec'd such email. I have not sailed as yet. Cruise is Dec 7th . I did not open.

I received a survey via email also. It was generated after I had called Carnival for a price drop to rate my representative I spoke with.

I did. I received it as a response to an email request for a price drop. The survey was to rate the customer service experience. Unfortunately they will not be happy with the survey results based on the poor customer service performance.

I received one as well. It was in response to a question that I had emailed in. The survey was about the service I received for the question.

I got one too about a call I made to CCL.. rated it average a I was not too happy but not mad enough to be bad.

I received one right after I booked a cruise for our besties and changed rooms so I could be in a connecting room with them. I filled it out as I got the best service I have ever gotten and also got referred to a great PVP--my old one that I really liked got fired!

I would give Carnival a call, I received one every time we have cruised .

I get one after every cruise I take. Haven't ever seen one pre cruise even though I call or file for price drops.

I normally will receive this e-mail after I call or e-mail about something. As other's have said it is to rate their customer service.

They have different types of surveys.

I get a survey almost each time I cruise
