Depends on conditions in the bay.

They make every effort to get those passengers with pre=booked excursions off. As last January we, who had excursions were allowed off. Non excursion passengers who made the early tenders were also allowed off, not so later was conditions worsened. WE got some story about leaving early to head back to Miami, but had to wait for those who were on shore- independents- to return. Conditions were poor, the cushion things hanging off the tenders and on the ship exploded from impacts.

I will be boarding the Regatta in a few days; however, the weather forecast for Gustavia, St. Barthelemy is for winds at 19mph with gusts up to 29mph. Is tendering possible at this wind speed or should I expect a canceled port stop?

There are a thousand variables to your question, and not even the Captain of the Regatta could give you an honest answer to that question at this point.

as the song says-

Hope for the best, expect the worst.

Some drink Champagne, Some die of thirst-

No way of knowing,

Which way it's going,

Hope for the best, expect the worst.

Excellent quotation choice!
