What happened to the dessert a dark chocolate soufflé.

We had them available on the Eclipse in Jan. So I'm not sure what you mean. You could always talk to the Maire D & ask for such a dessert to be served to you the next night.

We had Chocolate Soufflé twice last month, March on Equinox. A Grand Manier flavor is offered on the dinner menu but they are happy to make the chocolate one if you ask. The lunch menu still has the chocolate flavor on the menu.

 

There were some tweaks or minor changes to the Murano menu for the better Imho. I hope that helps.
