Hi There

The Grand was built with only a part central stair case for public access lower decks only the remaining decks are connected by a crew only / emergency use stair case

I tried searching the forum, but all I got was discussion about the Royal.

The Grand blocked passengers from the upper half of the central stairway. Does the Crown do the same?

I thought Princess was only allowing passengers to use the central staircase if you had the stairway card, $30 plus gartuity, it allowed you to use the stairs upto 30 times during the cruise. Maybe they pulled it because of abuse, I heard some passengers where sharing the use of it.

Another victim of cruiseline cutbacks?! And they have the nerve to charge gratuity!

Too funny! ;)
