Breakfast on the ship-different than home?

At home:

cereal, toast with promite and cup of tea

On cruise:

cereal, toast with vegemite and cup of tea

 

Teen son (6ft tall with hollow legs)

At home: Up &Go, then toast with peanut butter. Pancakes for special occasions only.

Cruise: Pancakes every single morning with hash browns (he was in heaven)- that was with me. Then when his teen sister woke up, he went back for breakfast seconds to keep his sister company.

Yes we eat more calories at sea but do try and keep our breakfast under control.
