Storage room between cabins??

We have booked cabins 8448 and 8442 on the Liberty, we can open our balconies but curious what the room is in between, any ideas?? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that's a crew stairwell. I don't think it should be an issue.

Don't know if it's the same on Liberty ... but on Fascination it was a storage area.

Not sure but we stayed next to a storage area before and it was so loud. The one next to us is where they stored the art for the art sale. They would bang it around super early.

Looks like a stairwell. Crew area for sure though.

Looks like the same type of storage area we had on the Conquest; Premium Vista Balcony 7440. Ours was a storage area for the cleaning crew. It held bedding and towels and the noise level we had was at a minimum.

We've stayed in cabins 8455 and 8449, the opposite side of the ship from your cabins, on the Liberty. On the starboard side, it was the crew stairwell. Some of the crew smoke in there so you might get a whiff sometimes. Also, they can see down into your balcony from the stairwell. We just waved to them. :)

It is the crew stairwell and it will be used to get to the muster station, we have stayed next to them on a couple cruises but on the upper deck. Never heard any noise.

It is a crew stairwell.

I think you will be fine..have often heard the crew one was on starboard and not port..for the hanging around sometimes in reading here...I think either way it will be minimal...Sarah

I agree with most of the others above. It's a crew stairwell, and I doubt that it'll be a problem.

I loved 8442 on liberty. We had no problems with noise when stairwell was accessed.
