I'm pretty sure some are handicap accessible. Did you call and speak to them?

I emailed them a couple of years ago. Maybe I should contact them again.

DW and I rode the Water Taxi this past Oct., we did the complete circuit and noticed some of boats were wheel chair friendly and others were not.

Our experience albeit a couple of years ago now, is that they are not completely accessible but if you can handle a stair or 2 you can likely use it. The stop #7down by the Bahia Mar/Bahia Cabana was just about impossible.

Just a note, from experience taking my mom.

 

The time of year/and level of the water will make a difference in the "step" in and out of the taxi's.

 

I didn't remember having any problem the couple times we did it and then last December we took my mom and there were several places where there was quite a step. The tour operator said it was due to low water level at that time.
