I love the short ribs, Greek salad and Bitter and Blanc! Yummy!

I fell hard for the prime rib with the au jus (really just a gravy, but SO GOOD). Also loved the huevos rancheros (seaday brunch), all of the fruit soups, the creamed spinach, and pretty much every dessert. Still haven't gotten to try WCMC yet though!

My all-time favorite is/was the Spaghetti Carbonara. We were on Carnival Liberty this past April and they did not have it with the new American Menus. :( We also love the Caesar Salad and think Carnival has the best. Another new favorite since this was our first sailing on a ship with the 2.0 upgrades are the Guy burgers.

Guess I have to! Some of my favorites:

jerk pork roast

veggie spring rolls for apps

ham & cheese omelet with salsa, bacon on side for breakfast

Deli grilled ham & cheese on rye

And finally, when it's just too hot, I fill a glass half full with vanilla soft serve, then top it off with lemonade! So yummy, so refreshing.

Oh, almost forgot---love the room service chocolate chips cookies---especially when they bring them warm from the oven!
