We have purchased the FTTF for our up coming cruise on The Glory in August, there are 8 of us total, How does FTTf work with the tendering, I read somewhere that you get tender tickets the night before arrival to put you in line, do we do this with FTTF or is their a seperate line for us, just want to be able to get off as soon as possible to get to our excursion

Go to the priority line at the Guest Services desk when you are ready to go. Someone will escort you to the tenders and usually get you in line without the general population noticing.

A few times we had to wait briefly while they gathered a group to go to the tender but it has always been quick and easy for us.

We went to the priority line at guest services and had to wait only a couple of minutes. Someone with Carnival then led us to an elevator and escorted us down and gave us a place in line. It was quick and painless. We have purchased the FTTF for our upcoming cruise that doesn't have any tendering ports, but it's a great perk to have when you do. :)

Is your excursion through Carnival? If so they call numbers for the excursions depending on what port you are in. And there is no need to rush. If it's not, go to guest services, they have an elevator set up just for FTTF folk, and you get on the next tender that leaves.

Have fun! We enjoyed that special pampering.:D

I have a question about FTTF tendering. I know how to do the tendering getting off the ship, but do you get special treatment when you are getting back on the ship? We will be stopping at Half Moon Cay, and I know everybody likes to stay as long as possible. There usually is a big line waiting for the tender boats. Do FTTF people have to wait in that line, or they allowed to go to a different line and get on the tenders faster? Just wondering.

No, sorry. We're on our own with everyone else for getting back to the ship.

Just got of the splendor and had FTTF. We received a letter in our room the night before that stated we did not have to get a tender # as they had a special room set up for FTTF and to be there at 8:30am if we wanted the first tender.

We purchased FTTF for our Fantasy cruise that we just got off of this Sunday. I expected to go to guest services as previous posts stated. However, the night before we tendered to Little Stirrup Cay, we received a letter stating that due to the high # of Priority and FTTF guests on our cruise, they were having us meet in various areas of the ship. For those of us with FTTF, we met in the Cleopatra lounge at 8. Shortly thereafter, we were escorted down to the ferry where we were the 1st ones on. However, we had to wait for the ferry to be filled with other guests before it headed onto the island. We were the 2nd ferry to leave the ship, behind Priority guest, arriving to the LSC shortly before 9 am.

Thanks for the answer. Was hopping it worked both ways but thought we would be waiting in line with everyone else. But who could be unhappy after spending a day on the beautiful island and enjoying the beach and ocean!!

The ones unhappy are the ones who thought they'd jump the lines coming back;)

It would certainly be awesome if it did, indeed, cover getting back to the ship! ;)

If you have a cabana, you get priority tendering back to ship.

Great information, thanks for posting and to the poster above/before you also.

This goes for the Private Oasis, as well, doesn't it? In that case, do you happen to know if you have to leave by a certain time to get that priority tender, or do you get to stay on the island until the last tender and still get "priority" (get to skip the line) getting on it?:o

(I'm not trying to get anything I'm not entitled to, only what I paid for. I don't want to "jump line" or do anything not "fair" or "right". But if, for instance, the purchase any or all of: FTTF, a suite, and the Private Oasis includes the right to not have to stand in a line, I'd like to know so that I can excercise my right if I so choose.;))

I guess you don't get priority going back with a cabana. I'm not going until next year, but I thought I had read it on the Private Islands thread. Not sure about the priority with the Oasis.
