Virginia the concierge

We were on the same cruise as Toyotaford (you were sooo nice, ty for the room tour!) Virginia was so great! Very accessible and helped my our cruise even more special. I find it hard to believe the negative comments I have read about her on this post. But then again some people have unreasonable expectations. I'm not saying that was the case but geez she was so wonderful it's hard to imagine her not bending over backwards for all the suite passengers. I do hope to have her as a concierge again in the future :D

Thanks guys for all the replies. Looking coward to dealing with her. I will say last year I was on the fist cruise with Carlos after his vacation and he was spotty and scares the first few days it takes a while to settle back in after vacation witch is reasonable. The best concierge I have ever had was hands down Monica.

Our "lowely SJ" category suite didn't impact Virginia's service with us in the slightest. She was great!

Virginia has been our concierge on several cruises and is easily our favorite! She has always quickly and efficiently handled our requests and questions. Very friendly and really a pleasure to talk with!

I LOVE Monica! Virginia is right up there with Monica (almost even with Monica in the lead ) for me!

We just got off the gem on Saturday and Virginia was our concierge from Monday. We found her to be great. Always helpful, smiling and willing to help. She was always around the ship and was very professional. Would highly recommend her.
