I noticed on a YouTube video of the Royal Promenade on the Indy that there is an ATM there. Does anyone know if there is a charge to use it? I'm thinking most likely. Also, I assume on a European cruise it will be dispensing Euros. Am I right?

There is definitely a charge to use the ATM, though I don't recall the amount. I do know that it is out of order from time to time. We try to find a bank ATM in port.

The casino will also allow you to take cash out against your seapass account, but IIRC they charge you 3%.

If you need Euros for on-shore, better to bring Euros with you from home as you will normally get a better Exchange rate at your bank than on-board or using a European bank machine.
