Disappearing Reservation!

So where did my reservation go? I've been booked for months on Vision of the Seas, departing November 6th.

 

When I checked tonight, it was gone... Poof...disappeared.

 

It's not past final payment date so I don't get it.

 

Of course, I'll call tomorrow, but has this happened to anyone else?

It happened to me. I had to call them. They looked me up by last name and cruise date. Once they did that it appeared back in the "My cruises" section and hasn't happened again.

Maybe they changed to an electronic calendar and messed up the days;):p:D

I feel for you. It makes your stomach drop when something like that happens I reckon.

 

Have you tried to click on the button to bring on your reservation again...someone else here may explain it better, the "your reservation isn't showing" or something? Put in the number and name and it may come back?

Update: It turned out to be good news!

 

The reservation re-appeared a little before midnight and I was thrilled to see an upgrade, from Outside Cabin to Balcony. I'm D+ and this is the first time it has happened. What's interesting is that the cruise is showing no more balconies available.

The reservation re-appeared a little before midnight and I was thrilled to see an upgrade, from Outside Cabin to Balcony. I'm D+ and this is the first time it has happened. What's interesting is that the cruise is showing no more balconies available.
