gskimmel Posted September 18, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 18, 2014 I am new to Oceania and will be on my first Oceania cruise in January. I saw that the 2016 itineraries were released yesterday and they include 50% deposits, $200 OBC, and free internet. What I'm wondering is if I should take advantage of the promotion now for a January 2016 sailing I'm interested in or should I wait until I am on the Riviera in January and book then. I could be wrong, but I believe I saw on the board that future bookings while at sea also has 50% deposit, a future OBC, and a $100 OBC for the current sailing. Can someone confirm? sitraveler Posted September 18, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 18, 2014 I can confirm. But if you book now, and it is still available when you sail, you can get the on board special adjusted into your future cruise.
Rare LHT28 Posted September 18, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 18, 2014 Another twist the perks offered now may disappear before you board & you may not get the same perks booking on ship if you book now Check the expiry date of the current offer sometimes another offer will come along or the current offer will be extended There is always some deal happening ;) i agree with Lou book now & ask for the onboard discount when on the ship Lyn
Rare ORV Posted September 18, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 18, 2014 I would check the terms & conditions on the EXACT cruise you want to go on as far as the OBC. Generally is for Veranda rooms and up. It is not offered on all of the new cruises and when it does it varies. Also the free internet is category dependent. Starts with the Concierge level with 200 minutes, 500 for PH and past that gets unlimited.
