Quick question: Will the doughnuts be available still? I have read they will be in a self service place across from the hot dogs, but have not seen any other mention since then.

The Donuts are served in the ice cream shop, now called Cups & Scoops.

Asked DH to check for the donuts. No donuts in the Ice Cream Parlor (aka Cups & Scoops). He asked for them and was told no. He was sent to the Wipe Out Café. No donuts there. So he went down to Café Promenade and again no donuts.... but he got some exercise :D!
