Being "Disconnected" from technology.

The amazing "People watching."

The fact that "Boat Husband" dances. (Land husband doesn't) :rolleyes:

Only unpacking once.

Trying foods I wouldn't normally get a chance to try.

And finally, meeting new friends.

Looking out to the horizon and seeing the curve of the Earth. Also, floating in the pool while floating on the sea while floating in the Universe makes me giggle!
