We will be on the Crown in February to the Mexican Riviera and wondering if they will offer the Crab Shack as a dinning option a night or two? Also is it all you can eat? Thanks.

When I was on the Crown December 2014 it was offered only 2 nights and the nights were Mazatlan & Cabo nights.(Wed. & Thurs.), maybe they change the nights cruise by cruise??? We asked for more crab and we were told by the head waiter, that was possible only if we wanted to incur another $20 charge. We declined. Yes, it was plenty of food, but we wanted more crab. There were 6 out of 8 of us traveling together that tried the Crab Shack for the 1st time,we were all glad we tried it,but don't think we need to do it again on another Princess ship. It was alot of work to get the crab open. Of course there are other choices on the menu. Food was good, service so so.

Yours is the first post that stated that there would be an additional cost for additional crab. We were offered more crab at no additional cost on the Grand in March. We will be on the Crown for a 4 day cruise in February. If the Crab Shack is offered on the short cruise I will ask if the policy is the same as you experienced.
