mjrich73 Posted January 20, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Are the menus the same? We like the flexibility of anytime, but don't want to miss out on the menu options that are usually offered when we do formal dining. Thanks!!

Rare JimmyVWine Posted January 20, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2015 To be clear, the two dining options are "Anytime" and "Traditional". Not "Formal". "Formal" night(s) are special evenings on each cruise that are observed by both the Anytime and Traditional dining rooms. There is no difference in the menus or the attire when comparing Anytime and Traditional. If you opt for "Anytime" dining, you are not opting for a less formal atmosphere. The only difference is the selection of your table mates. In Traditional, you eat in the same dining room, at the same table, with the same waiters, with the same table mates and are seated at the same time each night. In Anytime, you can arrive at whichever Anytime dining room you want, at whatever time you want, and opt to join others for dinner, or sit by yourselves. cubfan63 Posted January 20, 2015 #5 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Menu is same. So is dress code between Anytime and Traditional. It's just seating time that is not preset.
paul929207 Posted January 20, 2015 #6 Share Posted January 20, 2015 To be clear, you have a choice of Anytime or Traditional Dining. With TD, you have the same table mates, table, wait staff and dining time every night. AD you show up when you want. The menus are the same for both. In addition, the dress code is the same. So both have formal nights.
