Star Princess balcony cabin advice please

We've never sailed on a Princess cruise. I have seen lots about the uncovered balconies, which I want to avoid. I believe cabin A422 has a completely covered balcony on Star Princess. The balcony on C601 may only be half covered, but it appears to have a much larger balcony than A422. So I need some advice: how do the balcony sizes of the cabins compare, and which is the better one to book?

It's really a personal preference. All balcony cabins are the same size. As you noted the balcony on A422 is completely covered with the overhang actually sticking out farther over the balcony than just the balcony itself. The balcony size is about 5' x 9'. The balcony for C601 is half covered and half open but the size is almost 9' x 9'. On the Caribe deck you will have cabins both above and below you. On the Aloha deck you will have the open deck above you and could very likely hear noise as furniture is moved around and cleaning is done early in the morning. Personally I would go for the Caribe deck.
